Getting started with operator admin

Your venue admin is at {your-slug}.sweepa.io/admin — bookings, clients, invoices, and settings in one place.

The basics

• Dashboard (/admin) — overview of your venue.
• Location selector — if you have more than one location, pick the active one in the sidebar. Day views scope to the selected location.
• Help & guides (/admin/help) — articles plus the help assistant for "how do I…?" questions.

First steps

1. Venue setup — your courts, opening hours and booking rules (/admin/settings/venue). Each venue is one workspace with four tabs: Courts, Hours & closures, Booking rules, Venue details.
2. Rates — what customers pay for bookings (/admin/settings/pricing). Fill in the rate card; a venue with no prices quotes every slot at $0.
3. Stripe Connect — accept online payments (/admin/billing).
4. Take bookings on the Scheduler and registrations under Programs.
