Our approach

The best fit for you — not the best fit for us.

We would rather you start on the right plan with the modules you actually use than pay for capacity you do not need. This document explains what Sweepa does, what each module and add-on is for, and when you can safely leave something out.

If you complete our online onboarding, we will generate a tailored version of this proposal with a recommended configuration for your venue. Until then, use this as an honest overview.

Honest fit check

Run adult and junior leagues, fixtures, ladders and competitions.

Honest fit check

Choose this if you run leagues, ladders or tournaments. If competitions are handled entirely by an external body and you only provide the venue, you can skip it — we would rather you did.

Sell coaching programs and holiday camps with registrations.

Most venues are live within a few weeks. We handle setup — you focus on running your game.

Sign up online

Tell us who you are and pick a plan and a module. Academy, Squad and Captain include a 30-day free trial.

Day 0

Accept & provision

Accept the platform agreement from your email and start the trial — your subdomain, Stripe Connect account and subscription are provisioned automatically. Club is quoted first, so we map it with you before anything is provisioned.

Week 1

Configure & go live

Set up fields, pricing rules, programs and your branded site. Most operators take their first real booking within the first week.

Ongoing

Grow at your pace

Add modules, locations or add-ons when you need them — not before. Annual billing saves 20% on plans and add-ons.
